On Sunday, 14th September 2025, Bibione is preparing to host a highly anticipated and well-attended summer event: the “Pedalata per la Vita” cycling tour. Now in its ninth edition, this event is not just a chance to cycle with others and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Venetian resort town, but also an important occasion for solidarity.
The event, organized by ConfCommercio Bibione and Bibione’s Bike-rental Group, with the patronage of the Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento, aims to raise funds for the Italian Cystic Fibrosis League Burlo Garofolo of Trieste. Every year, cyclists of all ages, from families with children to expert riders, gather at the start to contribute, showing that social commitment can unite sport, nature, and fun.
The route and practical information
The meeting point is set for 9 am in Piazza Fontana. The departure is scheduled for 10 am for a 15 km route designed to be accessible to everyone, adults and children alike.
The journey winds along Bibione’s most scenic streets, touching the Valgrande, the seafront, and arriving at the Lighthouse at approximately 12 pm. This is not a competition, but a joyful ride where the true victory is participation. At the end, there will be lunch, games for the little ones, and a final lottery, for a moment of conviviality. This year, Paolo Franceschini will be the special guest.
How to participate
A registration fee is required, which includes a bottle of water and a personalized event T-shirt distributed before departure:
