If you want to discover the most authentic and untouched heart of the lagoon’s nature, Giralaguna is the perfect experience for you. A fascinating journey aboard a typical lagoon boat, designed to reveal the secrets of one of the most important wetlands in the Upper Adriatic.
An itinerary among canals, fishermen’s cabins, and fishing valleys
Departure is set from the Porto Baseleghe pier (Bibione). From here, the boat ventures deep into the lagoon, navigating along the picturesque Canal dei Lovi, surrounded by lush reed beds and salt marshes.
During the three-hour tour (from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM), an expert guide will enrich the trip with stories and curiosities about traditional fishing cabins (casoni), life in the embanked valleys, and the rich birdlife that inhabits these areas. The tour also includes a delightful stop at Valle Vecchia before returning.
