We know that 15th August is a very special day in summer; it’s the celebration day par excellence. And it is so also in our seaside resort; in fact, as every year, Bibione dresses up and proposes an unmissable program of events with many appointments and events, in order to stay together at the sea from morning to late night.
In the morning, the meeting point is at Piazzale Zenith with the traditional vintage motorbike and car meeting, thanks to which fans of the genre can admire live the vehicles that have made the history of the engines. It is organized by the Cultural Circle of Historical Vehicles of Latisana and it will end at 6 pm with the tour along the streets of the city, in a journey through Bibione Spiaggia, Lido del Sole and Bibione Pineda.
Throughout the beach, throughout the day, numerous entertainment activities: from tournaments on the sand to sports activities, to animation for adults and children, and much more!
At 9 pm another traditional appointment, the one with the Solemn Mass of Mother Mary taken up to Heaven at the Parish Church which has precisely this name. At the Mass, celebrated by the Bishop, will follow the torchlight procession to the sea, accompanied by the Music Band of Vado of Portogruaro.
From late afternoon until night, then, there will be many events on the beach, in the central streets and, above all in hotels and accommodation facilities. The managers will offer their guests special dinners, theme nights and entertainment: again, this year the hoteliers of Bibione, strengthened by their many years of experience and hospitality, will strive to provide their customers with opportunities for fun, party and light-heartedness.
At 11 pm, then, the awaited appointment with the fireworks at Piazzale Zenith: is the fireworks of the summer par excellence, to celebrate the most beautiful season of the year with lights and colours.
Many will be the clubs open until dawn, and also in the cafes of the centre it will be possible to spend the evening in music with DJs or live bands.
Even in Lido del Sole, just in front of the beach, there will be a party starting at 6 pm with aperitif time, cocktail night and DJ Set on Largo Hahnemann.
