1st May in Bibione: “Cammina con Noi” to give sight to the blind
On 1st May, the Bibione seafront will turn into a path of solidarity. The Gruppo Marciatori Bibione, in collaboration with the Lions Club of San Michele al Tagliamento-Bibione and AICS, is proud to present the first edition of “Cammina con noi” (Walk With Us).
This is not a race; there are no stopwatches or rankings. The only goal is the pleasure of walking together for an extraordinary cause.
The mission: supporting Guide Dog Services
This year, the forces join to support the Lions Guide Dog Service of Limbiate, an outstanding centre that trains essential life companions for the visually impaired. By participating, you will help in the mission to “give two eyes to those who cannot see.”
Event details
- When: Wednesday, 1st May at 9:30 AM
- Where: Meeting point at the seafront, Via del Sagittario area, Bibione.
- Route: The circuit can be completed individually or as a free relay.
- Participation: The event is open to everyone! Families, children, athletes, and casual walkers are welcome. The path is accessible for strollers and, of course, your four-legged friends are more than welcome.
Registration and solidarity
The registration fee is only €5 and includes:
- Insurance for the event.
- A refreshment point along the way.
