“Bibione Sand Storm” makes its entry into Italy, valid for the fourth round of the Sand Race World Cup, a sand competition for motorbikes and quads. From Friday, the 1st to Sunday, the 3rd November 2024 Bibione and its beach will be the protagonists of a sporting event and more!

What it’s about: two days of competition (Fim Sand Races and SandStorm Open) on a route of approximately 6 km and a cross-style night event (Night Race Show) on a 1 km route, but also Freestyle shows, Street Food, mountain-bike guided tours, commercial exhibition area, local non-profit associations that will welcome participants and visitors as only our seaside resort can do.

There are 6 world stages in 2024:

2nd and 4th February – Enduropale du Touquet Pas-de-Calais – Le Touquet (France) – FFM
23rd, 24th and 25th February – Enduro del Verano – Villa Gesell (Argentina) – CAMOD
12th and 13th October – Weston Beach Race – Weston Super Mare (England) – ACU
1st, 2nd and 3rd November – Bibione Sand Storm – Bibione (Italy) – IMF
22nd, 23rd and 24th November – Monte Gordo Sand Experience (Portugal) – FMP
7th and 8th December – Ronde des Sables – Hossegor-Capbreton (France) – FFM

So, our Bibione will join France, Argentina, England and Portugal in a sold-out weekend, with an audience estimated at between 15,000 and 20,000 people.

Fim Sand Races World Cup

for the first time in Italy, Bibione Sand Storm, valid for the fourth round of the Sand Race World Cup, sand competition for motorcycles and quads. The 6 km route will be a circular route and entirely on the beach, which for the occasion will be off limits to the public.

Night Race Show

Regional team race at night with drivers involved in some series of qualifying heats and races along the beach with a 1km partly illuminated route. Here you can view the regulation (in Italian language).

SandStorm Open

International Open race combined with the Fim Sand Races for motorbike and quad amateurs of this specialty, on a 6 km route entirely on sand. For foreigners it is possible to compete with Start Permission. Here you can view the regulation in Italian, and here in English.
