Bibione on Fire: the perfect event to discover the Grill & BBQ world is on our beach!
The appointment is on Saturday, the 20th and Sunday, the 21st May 2023 in the central setting of Piazza Treviso from 10:30 to 19:00 for 2 days in which expert grill masters will carry out masterclasses and show cooking on the following 4 topics:
- meat
- fish
- Finger food
- fruit & vegetables.
BBQ enthusiasts and expert grillers can assist, but also simple curious eager to learn new cooking techniques can do it. It will absolutely not be a classic competition between grillers, but a moment of promotion, communication and masterclasses dedicated to these types of cooking, in the presence of certified grill masters. The goal is to promote the world of grill and bbq cooking.
The program in the 4 stands will be intense, a few steps from the central Piazza Fontana, with Fabrizio Nonis, Davide Bigarella, Filippo Bordin, Luca Borri, Luca Ziggiotto, Tomas Gori, Serena Simonetti, Haymo Gutweniger as protagonists.
