Fire, embers, and special guests: “Bibione on Fire” returns to Piazzale Zenith this weekend!
October kicks off with a celebration of taste and entertainment on the coast of Bibione. On Saturday, 3rd October and Sunday, 4th October, the must-attend event is “Bibione on Fire”, a major festival dedicated to the culture of grilling, live cooking, and authentic flavours.
Hosted in the stunning setting of Piazzale Zenith and led by renowned master butcher and food educator Fabrizio Nonis “El Bekér,” the event promises two days of conviviality, featuring completely free admission and tastings.
A weekend of show cooking, masterclasses, and music
The program is packed with activities for all Grill & BBQ enthusiasts:
- Masters of the griddle: On stage and at dedicated stations, top names in the industry—including Andrea Marino Smoke House, Sam Boom Beef, Davide Bigarella, Matteo Villani, Fontana Meat Brothers, Grigliare Duro, Cristian Gai, and Haymo Gutweniger—will showcase techniques, cuts, and the secrets to perfect cooking.
- Special guests: On Sunday, 4th October, starting at 3:00 PM, the central stage will host a special meeting between Fabrizio Nonis and the famous chef and food writer Luca Pappagallo, a unique moment dedicated to the art of cooking and storytelling.
- Entertainment and music: More than just food, it’s a true celebration. On Saturday, 3rd October (starting at 6:00 PM), the atmosphere will heat up with an engaging DJ set by the Rumatera, while food trucks and stands will be active throughout the entire weekend.
