Lido del Sole is the stretch of beach after the thermal bath facility and before you get to Bibione Pineda.
This is a very peaceful area, perfect for families with children, with hotels right on the seashore and plenty of space between the beach umbrellas. Along this part of the shoreline, the bike and walking trail becomes even more attractive as it winds through the fossil dunes and into the shade of the pine trees: letting your eyes feast on the sea, you can choose to go to the right towards the lighthouse and the extraordinary natural area around it, or heading to the left you can visit the Mediterranean Garden along the shore and the Lovi Canal, which marks the border between the lagoon environment and the Adriatic Sea.
This part of the seashore is also home to a piece of local history: the old marine holiday camp, built in the 1930s by order of the doctor for San Michele al Tagliamento. The beach is fully equipped and offers everything from first aid to lifeguard services, bathing huts and nurseries, play areas for children and surfing and sailing classes. Also along this area of the beach, every hotel reserves an exclusive area with beach umbrellas and beach chairs for its guests.
A quiet beach that almost seems to reflect the silences of Bosco Canoro, the lagoon and Valgrande, which is right behind it.
