From 9th to 15th September 2019 the cycling path that leads to the Lighthouse of Bibione will be protagonist of a route between Nature and Art with the realization of 5 installations of contemporary art by six artists as first stage of an artistic regeneration project connected to the environment, its protection, artistic promotion, land art and play.
From Monday, the 9th until Sunday, the 15th September from 10 am to 7 pm it will be possible to see the artists working on their installations, which will exalt the morphological characteristics of the territory and that arise from suggestions and materials of the natural context in which they are.
But that’s not all: from Tuesday, the 10th until Saturday, the 14th September from 5 to 18:45 pm there will be meetings with curators, architects, research groups and with the invited artists, who will present their work to the public through sketches, drawings and photos of the work in progress.
The route will then be inaugurated on Sunday, 15th September at 5 pm with a vernissage; a map of the interventions will accompany the visitors with appropriate signs, which will also include the previous operations carried out by artists in recent years and which will be restored for the occasion. Then, in the autumn months, a meeting will be organized in the meeting room of the Lighthouse, in collaboration with the Order of Architects and training institutions. Experts, curators and artists will be invited to the meeting, to then continue with the involvement of some schools at a later stage.
