The magical Christmas in Bibione

From 8th December 2018 to 6th January 2019 the appointment is again in Bibione with “A sea of holidays”: a month of events for residents and visitors, with a large structure on Zenith square, events and music… because the Christmas in Bibione is magical!

The calendar, organized by the Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento in collaboration with the ProLoco, Bibione Spiaggia and many local associations, aims to offer an original Christmas atmosphere also on the seashore in the wonderful Venetian seaside resort.

Here is the complete program in every detail!

Young and old are therefore expected in the central Zenith square, which will host a big covered and heated skating rink with even 200 square meters of true ice and a delightful Christmas village with houses to allow everyone, really everyone, to skate at the rhythm of music.

For children there will be workshops, entertainment and many activities waiting for Santa Claus; for adults, a rich calendar of artists who will perform on stage readily set up. There will be also:

  • The ignition of the tree on Friday, 8th December,
  • The Sand Nativity – the usual crib on the shore
  • the New Year’s Eve Party with live music and Fireworks,
  • For the bravest ones: the traditional bath in the sea of 1st January.

Also returns the Worksea Bibione LandArt: the possibility for everyone to create works on the beach, from Zenith square to the Lighthouse, with the natural material found on site.

The Lighthouse of Bibione will be open all the festive days of the Christmas period with many surprises – soon there will be all the details.

The binomial therefore is perfect: the magical atmosphere of Christmas in an original context, the invigorating air of the sea in winter, to be witnesses firsthand that Bibione is not only a destination of sun and summer holidays but also much more!
