On Wednesday, 17th July 2019 Villa Manin of Passariano di Codroipo, near Bibione, will host an exceptional event: Thom Yorke, leader of the href=”https://www.facebook.com/radiohead/”>Radiohead, will perform on concert for his “Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes”. The start is scheduled for 9:30 pm at the Piazza Tonda (Round Square)
This is a musical project that takes the title from his second solo album of 2014 and involves also Nigel Godrich, a recording producer who collaborated with the Radiohead, and Tarik Barri, an audiovisual composer and computer programmer, who is also a collaborator of the well-known English alternative-rock band.
This will be the unique show in Northeast Italy; the singer, born in 1968 and considered by Rolling Stone magazine as one of the 100 best singers ever, will perform in 4 other dates in Italy as part of his European tour:
- Barolo (CN), 16th July
- Ferrara, 18th July
- Perugia, 20th July
- Rome, 21st July.
The occasion will therefore be one of a kind to listen to this composer and multi-instrumentalist in the wonderful and evocative Park of the Doge Villa. The event is part of the “Villa Manin Estate 2019” events program.

Villa Manin is about a 40-minute drive from Bibione. For those who are on holiday in our seaside resort so it is a great opportunity, perhaps combining a trip in the afternoon to admire the sumptuous villa with a concert that is likely to be hypnotic!
