    Article 88<\/strong> of Italian Decree-Law no. 18<\/strong> of 2020 and Article\n28<\/strong> of Italian Decree-Law no. 9<\/strong> of 2020 provide that, in case of cancellation<\/strong>\nof the reservation for the current health emergency<\/strong>, the customer does\nnot lose the deposit paid but receives a voucher of equal value<\/strong>, to be\nused by 31.12.2021<\/strong> to postpone the holidays in another period of this\nyear or to organize the stay for next summer. But that\u2019s not all: the voucher<\/strong>\ncan be passed on<\/strong> to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
