Finally, in spring 2022, the traditional Festa dell\u2019Asparago e dello Sport <\/strong>(Asparagus and Sports Festival) returns, in which the absolute protagonist is always him: the white asparagus;<\/strong> it will be accompanied from Saturday, the 23rd April<\/strong> until Sunday, the 1st May<\/strong> by kiosks<\/strong>, shows<\/strong> and entertainment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Market Square,<\/strong> a tent<\/strong> structure<\/strong> will be set up where you can taste many recipes<\/strong> in which the main ingredient is definitely it: the white asparagus<\/strong>. It is typical of Bibione<\/strong> and of the territory of San Michele al Tagliamento<\/strong> thanks to the particular structure of the soil<\/strong>, which right here by us is deep, loose and without problems of water stagnation. The mild climate <\/strong>and the saltiness<\/strong> give it an intense and particular flavour<\/strong>, while the colour<\/strong> is because it is grown completely protected from light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To accompany the tasting<\/strong> there will be shows<\/strong> and live music<\/strong>, and you can buy locally grown products<\/strong> directly from local producers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
