In the background, as always, the immense beach<\/strong> of Bibione, the sea breeze, the energy of music<\/strong> and the heart that dreams to the rhythm of fitness, in the usual location on the beach in front of the Villaggio Turistico Internazionale <\/strong>(access from Via delle Colonie 4 and Via Ariete<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bibione Beach Fitness\u00ae comes of age this year: in 2023<\/strong> it reaches edition no. 18<\/strong>, and is ready to celebrate with the usual (if not greater) desire to make its participants feel good and at the same time have fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And if the formula is consolidated, there are new things<\/strong> every year. For 2023, there will be the collaboration of the Italian Army<\/strong> with \u201cmilitary fitness<\/strong>\u201d: a path<\/strong> created by military instructors <\/strong>who, with the use of artificial obstacles<\/strong>, will guide the participants in the execution of physical exercises typical of tactical\/operative training<\/strong> of the Italian soldier. The route will be characterized by increasing difficulties, combining speed and agility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And after sweating all day, the possibility of a dip in the pool<\/strong>, a session in the hammam<\/strong> of the spa complex, the happy hour at the Beach Parties<\/strong> (Friday, 22nd<\/strong> and Saturday, 23rd September<\/strong> from 19:00 to 23:00<\/strong> \/ only for adults), the evening disco<\/strong> (Friday, 22nd<\/strong> and Saturday, 23rd September <\/strong>from 24:00 to 4:00<\/strong>): nothing is missing for a long weekend of sport<\/strong> but also for a beach holiday<\/strong> with music, dance, physical and mental well-being, entertainment, carefree, learning, new friendships that arise from common passions, to end the summer in a great way!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But that\u2019s not all: Bibione Beach Fitness\u00ae is confirmed as family friendly<\/strong> again for 2023, with free admission guaranteed for children aged 10 to 17<\/strong> if accompanied by an adult registered as a participant in the Convention (\u201cyoung\u201d package).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
