Two consecutive months of entirely free events, classes, and activities, all led by industry professionals and certified trainers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What\u2019s in store this year?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The schedule is designed for all fitness levels and age groups, divided into main thematic areas to help you find the perfect activity for your day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mind &amp; Body:<\/strong> Start your day at a gentle pace or wind down by finding your inner balance. Yoga, Pilates, and posture-correction sessions right on the shoreline, lulled by the sound of the waves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fitness &amp; Dance:<\/strong> Pure energy for those looking to burn calories and have fun. From Zumba to High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), all the way to group dances that light up the beach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sport Arena:<\/strong> Tournaments and challenges on the sand. Beach volleyball, beach tennis, and team sports to make new friends and enjoy healthy competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be Active Kids:<\/strong> Special focus on the little ones, featuring movement games, sports tracks, and entertainment designed to let them have fun outdoors in complete safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where and When<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Join us every Monday through Friday until 28th August at the dedicated beach area in Piazzale Zenith.
