Ready, we go for the week dedicated to sport and fun under 20!
From 2nd to 7th July the meeting is at the Arena Beach of the Villaggio Turistico Internazionale in Bibione for the Beach&Ball Trophy: young people aged between 9 and 20 years will have the possibility to participate in tournaments and in the Beach Volley school on the sand fields specially prepared for the occasion.
The event, promoted by the Italian Volleyball Federation (Fipav) in collaboration with Kinder +Sport, is aimed at athletes representing sports associations and schools, with the purpose of spreading and promoting sport practice as a healthy everyday habit.
It is a veritable Academy of Beach volleyball, with daily courses held by athletes of national and international level. Young players will be able to learn the tactical and psychological dynamics and the game strategies related to this spectacular sport, to put them immediately into practice at the various stages of the tournament.
After the “athletic” part, there will also be time for the real fun with beach parties, animation activities, educational games and the possibility to watch entertaining theatrical performances.
To be noted in particular:
- Monday 3rd July at 9.30 pm: parade along the central street of Bibione, preceded by a music band and greeting by the authorities;
- Wednesday 5th July evening: welcome show “LA MIGLIORE SQUADRA DEL SECOLO. Tra vittorie e sconfitte, in campo come nella vita” (THE BEST TEAM OF THE CENTURY. Between victories and defeats, on the field as in life) with Andrea Zorzi and Kataklò Athletic Dance Theatre; following, a talk show conducted by Andrea Zorzi with Maurizia Cacciatori and Nadia Bala.
The participants and the persons following them are offered stays in agreement within residences, tourist villages, hotels and colonies that are located near the fields, with different formulas:
- 7 nights: Arrival on Saturday 1st July and departure on Saturday 8th, with participation in both tournaments
- 4 nights: Arrival on Saturday 1st and departure Wednesday 5th, with the participation in the tournament from 2nd to 4th July
- 3 nights: Arrival on Wednesday 5th and departure on Saturday 8th, with the participation in the tournament from 6th to 7th July.
