The beach at Lido dei Pini serves the many hotels in this area, an absolutely quiet part of Bibione not far from the pedestrian zone featuring many shops, bars and restaurants overlooking the sea.

The beach is equipped with all the necessities from first aid stations to lifeguards, from beach huts to nurseries, from play areas for children to Bimbo Village, which is a space on the seashore completely dedicated to free amusement for children. And there’s more.

There are also many bocce (bowls) fields set up for daily matches in the sun. A beautiful and captivating bicycle trail runs alongside it: created to flank the beach, it takes you to the Bibione Lighthouse with views of the sea and horizon and the salty air that only a beach area can provide. Also along this stretch of sandy shore, every hotel has reserved exclusive areas for its own guests with beach umbrellas and beach chairs.

Lido dei Pini is the part of the beach that also hosts the famous Pluto’s Beach, which won a prize in 2010 as the best beach for dogs in Italy. All around the town lies nature that in places is still uncontaminated: tall, shady pine groves alternate with the verdant countryside that provides white asparagus, a PDO product still grown according to the farming traditions of Istrian expatriates.
