BIBIONE BEACH CO-ED, JUNIOR & FREESTYLE CHALLENGE 2012, The Fifth Night, in the Venetian Lagoon-Italy.
The Bibione beach challenge is an International Beach Ultimate tournament held in this wonderful Venetian small city over the long weekend of May 1st.
Ultimate is a team sport played with a Flying Disc (Frisbee®).
The standard Ultimate is played 7vs7 on a grass field of 100x37mt; the beach Ultimate is the 'sandy' version of the sport played 5vs5 on a 75x25mt field.
The Bibione tournament has two divisions:
1. Div. Co-Ed which is the mixed division of this discipline with 3 men and 2 women (or 2 men and 3 women) on field.
2. Div. Junior: Under 18 Junior div.
The 2012 edition dates and program are:
o 27/04/2012 Friday evening: Team's arrival. Welcome party.
o 28/04/2012 Saturday, on the beach from 09:00am up to 18:00pm with:
o Captain's meeting (both division).
o Pools matches (both division).
o Activity 'disco per tutti' clinic with Official Federal trainers.
o Acrobatic Freestyle on the carpet floor just in front of Il Gabbiano bar with the best Freestylers.
o Saturday night party at VTI disco.
o 29/04/2012 Sunday, on the beach from 09:00am up to 18:00pm.
o Pools games and matches (both division).
o Activity 'disco per tutti' clinic with Official Federal trainers.
o Acrobatic Freestyle on the carpet floor just in front of Il Gabbiano bar with the best Freestylers.
o Sunset time, last beer on the beach with music.
o 30/04/2012 Monday, on the beach from 09:00am up to 18:00pm.
o Pools games and matches (both division).
o Activity 'disco per tutti' clinic with Official Federal trainers.
o Acrobatic Freestyle on the carpet floor just in front of Il Gabbiano bar with the best Freestylers.
o 30/04/2012 Monday night, Disco party at Shany.
o 01/05/2012 Tuesday, on the beach from 10:00am up to 17:00pm.
o Ranking matches.
o Activity 'disco per tutti' clinic with Official Federal trainers.
o Acrobatic Freestyle on the carpet floor just in front of Il Gabbiano bar with the best Freestylers.
o Ultimate Co-Ed and Junior finals.
o Award ceremony around 16:30.
The Bibione Co-Ed – Junior & Freestyle challenge 2012 is the 7th edition of this international event.
Teams, boys and girls, from all Europe but also from Russia and USA are coming to Bibione to play Ultimate, enjoy and visit the sunny Italy and the beautiful beach atmosphere.
This event is organized by the BB-SEA sport association in collaboration with ABAVIAGGI agency, Bibione city and the Italian Federation FIFD.
